Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowView 3D Grid Viewer software application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FlowView AB, a Swedish limited company ("FlowView", "we", "us", "our").

By purchasing a subscription, activating a license, or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

FlowView provides a desktop software application for real-time 3D grid analytics for AutoStore warehouses. The Service includes:

• The FlowView 3D Grid Viewer desktop application
• License key activation and management
• Software updates during the subscription period
• Email-based customer support

3. Subscriptions and payment

3.1 Plans

We offer subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All plans are billed in EUR via Stripe. A 30-day free trial is available for new users.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Stripe will charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. You will receive an invoice and payment receipt from Stripe for each payment.

3.3 Prices and taxes

All prices shown on the pricing page are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). The final amount including any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. EU businesses may enter a valid VAT identification number at checkout for reverse-charge treatment.

3.4 Price changes

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice (by email). Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice period.

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your purchase confirmation email) or by contacting support@flowview.io.

4.2 Effect of cancellation

Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, the application will require a new license to continue operation. Your data, settings, and configurations are never deleted by FlowView.

5. Refund policy

5.1 General policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@flowview.io.

5.2 Conditions

• Refunds apply to the first payment of a new subscription only.
• Renewal payments are not refundable, as the Service has been provided during the prior period.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
• Upon refund, your license will be suspended immediately.

5.3 Exceptions

We may grant pro-rata refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. Contact support for any refund requests outside the 14-day window.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive).

6.1 Waiver for digital content

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content (your license key and access to the Service) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the license key has been delivered to your email, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

6.2 How this works in practice

During the Stripe checkout process, you will be asked to confirm your consent to immediate performance and waiver of the withdrawal right. This consent is recorded by Stripe and FlowView.

6.3 Trial users

The 30-day free trial does not require payment. No withdrawal right applies to the free trial because no contract of sale has been formed.

7. License terms

7.1 Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FlowView application during the subscription period.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share, sublicense, or transfer your license to a third party
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices in the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose

7.3 Machine limits

Each license is subject to the machine activation limits of your plan (e.g. 1 machine per seat for Professional, up to 10 machines per site for Site, floating seats for Cloud). See the pricing page for details.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the application, website, documentation, and branding, are owned by FlowView AB. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• FlowView's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• FlowView shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• FlowView does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' written notice (by email). If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Public website content and acceptable use

Product descriptions, pricing summaries, FAQs, and legal pages on our public marketing website are owned by FlowView AB and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may link to our public pages and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial citation, comparison, or review, provided you attribute FlowView and link to the canonical page. Automated scraping, bulk reproduction, or use of our public content to train machine-learning models is not permitted except where explicitly allowed by our robots.txt and this section.

We block AI training crawlers (including GPTBot, Google-Extended, anthropic-ai, Applebot-Extended, and Bytespider) in robots.txt. General search indexing of public HTML is permitted. Do not access or scrape /api/* routes. See our Privacy Policy for crawler and indexing details.

An llms.txt file at the site root summarises product facts for AI agents. It is provided for discovery and citation — not as a grant of rights beyond these Terms.
