Frequently asked questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time. Click Manage your subscription above to open the billing portal, where you can switch plans instantly. The annual discount applies immediately. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial expires?
After 30 days the application will ask you to activate a paid license. All your data, settings, and configurations are preserved. Purchase a license and you're back to work in seconds.
Can I use FlowView on air-gapped machines?
Yes. After purchase you receive a .lic file by email that works
completely offline. Import it in the Activation dialog. No internet required.
How many machines can I activate?
Professional licenses allow 1 machine per seat. Site licenses allow up to 10 machines at a single facility. Cloud / VM licenses use floating seats shared across your infrastructure. Need more than 10 machines? Contact us for a custom quote.
What if I cancel my subscription?
Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the application will ask for a new license. Your data and settings are never deleted.
